Ag Dirt Busters

Privacy & Use Notes

Current public-facing data, content, submission, sponsorship, and ownership practices.

This website links to the live Chocolate Milk and Food From the Store lessons and to separate submission forms. Those services may save interactions or submissions. Hosting services may process technical information needed to serve the pages.

Kids experience

Both lessons offer Kids and Grown-ups experiences. A learner account is not required. Sources and other links may open external websites.

Interactive learning analytics

Public Dirt Buster lessons may record anonymous interaction information such as a generated session identifier, event or source tags, actions taken, answers selected, Kids/Grown-ups experience path, content version, and timestamps. The learning analytics are designed not to require a learner's name or email address.

Optional learner feedback includes usefulness, confidence, recommendation intent, and an optional comment. Do not include names or other personal information in a feedback comment. A separate inquiry form or other third-party action may ask for contact information.

Contact and inquiry information

If you email hello@agdirtbusters.com, the contact information and message you provide are used to respond to your inquiry. Some inquiry forms may be processed through HubSpot. When a HubSpot form is used, the form identifies that processing.

Email updates and newsletters

The email signup is intended for adults. When you select the consent box and submit it, you ask to receive Ag Dirt Busters newsletters, new lesson announcements, and offers. Signing up is optional and is not required to use a lesson or submit a contribution.

Our server-side form saves your email address, consent wording and version, signup source, status, and submission timestamp in the private Ag Dirt Busters Supabase database. Our protected dashboard lets authorized administrators review signups alongside inquiries and contributions. Earlier signup records collected through Netlify Forms remain preserved until transferred. We use this information to manage your signup and send the updates you requested. Access is limited to authorized people managing Ag Dirt Busters and service providers processing the information for us.

Contact messages, learner feedback, and contributions do not automatically subscribe you. To withdraw your permission or request removal of your signup information, email hello@agdirtbusters.com. Newsletter emails will include unsubscribe instructions. We retain signup records while needed to manage your subscription and maintain a record of your preferences.

Send Us the Dirt submissions

The myth-submission form does not require a name or email address. A person may choose to add contact information if they want a response, are willing to answer a follow-up question, or want to be contacted if the idea becomes a Dirt Buster. Anonymous submissions remain available.

Read the notices on the submission form before providing optional contact details. Do not submit confidential, private, or personally identifying information about someone else.

Only submit material you have the right to share. When referring to third-party material, share a link, title, or citation rather than copying substantial protected text.

Submitted ideas may be reviewed, researched, edited, and used in educational content. A submission does not guarantee publication, attribution, or a response. Ag Dirt Busters independently researches and verifies information before publication.

Third-party services

External websites and third-party services linked from Ag Dirt Busters have their own terms and privacy practices.

Educational content

Ag Dirt Busters provides educational content for general informational purposes. Agricultural practices can vary by farm, region, production system, regulations, and circumstances. Review the cited sources provided with each Dirt Buster.

Sponsorship and editorial independence

Sponsorship, event support, or partnership does not determine the editorial conclusion of a Dirt Buster. Sponsors and partners may be acknowledged when appropriate, but claims should remain supported by the cited evidence and relevant agricultural perspective.

Packages, individual access, and availability

Website descriptions of packages, partnerships, individual access, or small-group access describe possible ways to use Ag Dirt Busters. They are not a guarantee of availability, features, pricing, or future subscription offerings. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before a paid engagement.
